Why this work means so much to me

My journey towards becoming a Clinical Hypnotherapist began more than 20 years ago and was inspired by my late mother.

My mum had a gastric band fitted because she believed it was her only hope. Tragically, what she thought would save her life instead took her from us when she was just 58 years old.

Before she passed away, it was her idea that I should train as a hypnotherapist. Although I didn’t take that step in time to help her, I made a heartfelt promise: to help people around the world with their relationship with food, weight, body image and self-esteem.

That promise became my purpose.

Today, through hypnotherapy, the ARCHIE™ Framework and my unique DoseNosis® method, I help people explore the thoughts, habits, emotional associations and learned responses that can make lasting change feel so difficult.

My approach is not about blame, guilt or demanding perfection. It is about understanding why you respond to food in the way you do—and giving you practical tools to help you feel calmer, more confident and more in control of your choices.

I believe that meaningful change begins with trust and understanding. We work together, at a pace that feels right for you, so that you feel heard, supported and understood throughout your journey.
